Combine in Merger to Create New Group of

Women's Clinical Health Centers

Regional Women’s Health Group (RWHG) and Women’s Health Care Group of PA (WHCGPA) have announced that they are combining in a merger to create a new group of clinical women’s health centers which creates the largest OB/GYN practice in the United States. Women’s Health Care Group of PA currently serves suburban Philadelphia while Regional Women’s Health Group is located in New Jersey. 

 

The new women’s clinical health care company will be named Axia Women’s Health and will introduce a new brand name mark. The combined health care footprint will include over 200 physicians in approximately 100 patient care centers, four breast health centers, two perinatal testing centers, and two central laboratories.

 

At Axia Women’s Health, we will be expanding our reach, service capability and quality of care as we move forward with the combined organization.  Supported by a larger network of providers, our focus continues to be on excellence of care for our patients.
