The Group was established fifteen years ago with the purpose of preserving the institution of private physician practice.  Our success is predicated on a simple physician-management model; practices are afforded the advantage of economies of scale for front and back office practice management services so physicians and their staff can focus on providing high quality patient care.  Practice management services are provided through an agreeement with Regional Women's Health Management (RWHM), a full service practice management services company.

RWHM has built a successful practice management infrastructure model for its client practices, which includes negotiating enhanced managed care contracts, faster and more efficient centralized billing and collection processes, specialized coding and compliance services, risk management compliance programs, competitive malpractice insurance premiums, access to the latest advancements in technology, electronic medical records, and more.
