Refund Policy

It is the policy of Regional Women’s Health Group, LLC to return over payments on patient accounts in a timely manner. Payments received via the patient portal are evaluated against the status of the entire patient account. That is, prior to issuing a refund we review each occasion of service to determine whether any occasion of service has an outstanding "patient balance". The payment is then applied to these outstanding balances until the payment is used up or results in a credit balance/refund due. When a credit balance is identified, a refund is authorized and a check issued within two weeks.
