Frank J. Caso has been in the healthcare field for over thirty (30) years. His expertise includes financial and business development activities with healthcare systems and large group practices.  Mr. Caso has served as the President and CEO of Regional Women’s Health Management since its inception 15 years ago. Many of the strategies that he has implemented have brought about cost savings and revenue enhancement for the practices that have joined Regional Women’s Health Group.   Mr. Caso has worked as a consultant with many multi-specialty and single specialty practices around the country.  His prior roles include Senior VP, Strategic Planning & Development of Novacare, Inc. and VP of Corporate Development for Phycor, Inc.

As Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development, Rob is responsible for directing the organic and external strategic growth of Regional’s core businesses and ancillary services. His expertise in healthcare includes strategic planning and business development, practice administration, medical practice growth and expansion, and physician relations. His prior roles include Executive Director of a large OB/GYN practice, Strategic Planning and Physician Relations Director for CentraState Medical Center, and change management consultant with Accenture in their Health Services practice.  He earned his MBA in Healthcare Administration from Monmouth University and undergraduate degree in business from Emory University.  Rob also currently serves as a Board Member of the New Jersey MGMA.

Lilja Giorla joined Regional Women’s Health Management in 2014 as Director of Analytics and Contracts. She is responsible for business analytics, contract modeling and developing reporting in the EMR. Her prior roles include managing Analytics and Application Support for Lourdes Health System and Reimbursement Project Manager for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia – Department of Pediatrics. Throughout her 15 years at CHOP she was responsible for developing analytics and dashboards, contract modeling and implementation and training of multiple reporting programs. She earned her MBA from Rowan University with a concentration in Finance and Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Stockton State College.

Melinda Curtis joined Regional in 2007 from Psychiatric Solutions, Inc., a behavioral health company in Franklin, Tennessee. Prior to PSI, she served as an Administrative Manager at The Berry Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of BellSouth (now AT&T) for nearly 10 years managing human resources, payroll, accounting and office management for a division of 100 employees. She now leads all Human Resources functions at Regional and serves as a valuable resource to all of Regional’s affiliated practices. Melinda is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, TN.

Terri McSorley, Practice Integration Manager, has been an employee of Regional Women’s Health Management since 2001. Prior to joining our corporate office in 2007, she served as office manager for a Regional affiliated OB/GYN practice. Terri is currently responsible for leading the integration of new practices into Regional Women’s Health Group and overseeing the Training Department.  She has extensive experience with EMR training, design, development, and implementation.  Terri earned her Bachelor of Healthcare Administration degree from Nebraska Methodist University in Omaha, NE and her Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Capella University in Minneapolis, MN.  She is a board member of the NJ Medical Group Management Association (NJMGMA) and has served on the MGMA Survey Committee.

 
 

Colum Flynn, IT Services Manager for Regional Women’s Health Management, manages Regional’s network of over 60 remote sites and various VPN’s with Regional affiliated organizations. As a Cisco Certified Network Engineer, Colum’s expertise and experience includes Cisco engineering, 3Com phone systems, all Windows operating systems, Citrix application management and deployment, network performance and monitoring using Solarwinds NPM, project management and client, vendor and contractor relationships.  Colum is also responsible for managing the Regional IT Department, including the technical support help desk and all IT related services.

Sue Manzi leads the Accounting and Revenue Cycle Management processes at Regional.  She has been with Regional Women’s Health Management since its inception twelve years ago and was involved in the integration of the first eight groups into the organization.  She graduated from Rider University with an accounting degree and received received her MHA from Ohio University.  Prior to coming to Regional, Sue was a financial analyst at Towers Perrin and earned her CPA certification during that time.  As Vice President of of Accounting and Revenue Cycle Management, she is responsible for the billing functions at Regional as well as production and reporting of financial statements, renewal of lines of credit, cash management, budgeting, accounts payable, payroll reporting, bank reconciliations, and statistical reporting.

Faith Chonofsky has been an employee of Regional Women’s Health Management since 2001. She previously served as office manager for a Regional affiliated GYN practice. Her prior roles include Medical Systems Trainer and Technician, IT Support Administrator, and Billing Manager for a large Surgical group in South Jersey. Faith now provides administration and oversight of Regional’s group-wide compliance activities. She received her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in Camden, NJ and holds certifications as a Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO) and a Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA).

Doreen Lynch has managed the billing department for Regional Women’s Health Management since its inception. Prior to Regional, Doreen was a billing analyst with one of Regional’s founding groups, Garden State OBGYN.  She also worked for 10 years at Hahnemann University Hospital doing surgical scheduling, admissions and eventually billing for a large Oncology/Hematology group in the hospital.  Doreen received her undergraduate degree at LaSalle University in Philadelphia.

Margaret Blaetz is the manager of Regional Women’s Physician Owned Laboratory.  She is currently responsible for oversight of the CLIA / CLIS compliance throughout Regional as well as managing clinical and operational processes at Regional Women’s Lab.  She previously worked as a medical technologist, research and development technologist and as Microbiology supervisor at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital as well as adjunct faculty for the University of Delaware and Atlantic County College. Margaret obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree at Glassboro State College (Rowan University) and holds certifications as Medical Laboratory Technician and Microbiology Technologist from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists.
